There are plenty of web resources for people interested in learning and teaching physics. What seems to be the challenge is to find one or two places where you can easily access information, understand the information that is presented, assess whether it fits with your goals, and then do something with it.
So here I am, faced with the challenge to make a website about physics learning and teaching that doesn't just add to the mess.
